Andrew Quicke FCA, TEP, ACIB
Senior partner Andrew Quicke joined Fiander Tovell in 1986. He has more than 20 years expertise in advising privately owned businesses and their owners, on growth, succession and exit planning, with a particular emphasis on tax and business planning.
Andrew particularly enjoys helping his clients to grow and develop their businesses and to go on to achieve a successful succession or sale of the enterprise.
Andrew is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and the Chartered Institute of Bankers.
Cathy Revis FCA, CTA
Cathy Revis joined Fiander Tovell in 1992. She has particular expertise in tax planning for businesses and individuals, structuring for growing businesses and succession, exit and retirement planning.
She is also experienced in reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions and business sales and enjoys the constant variety and challenges involved in assisting business owners from all industry sectors.
Cathy is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
Paul Meacher FCA
Paul has been a partner at Fiander Tovell since 1990 after initially training with the firm and gaining audit experience at one of the big four accountancy practices. Paul leads the audit services at Fiander Tovell.
Paul’s background is with owner-managed businesses and assisting with the development of these businesses through profitable growth supported by regular and reliable business information. His experience in these areas is particularly helpful for businesses looking to expand through acquisitions and to carry out due diligence on prospective targets.
Paul likes to develop a detailed understanding of his clients businesses to provide relevant and timely advise on taxation, accounting and strategic issues that assist in the owner-managers in their decision making process.
David Harper FCA
David Harper joined Fiander Tovell in 2002 after 26 years with Burnett Swayne, of which 19 were as a partner. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales having qualified in London in 1975.
David has a wealth of experience advising family owned business and professional partnerships in all industry sectors. He deals with audit and compliance and enjoys helping businesses grow and achieve their objectives.
Jon Mills FCA
Jon was a partner in Lyon Pilcher, Southampton, before the firm merged with the local office of a national accountancy practice.
He remained with the firm as a partner and has had many years’ experience in advising privately-owned businesses in all aspects of their affairs.
Jon enjoys building close working relationships with his clients as he guides them through all stages of the business lifecycle, from start-up to growth to planning for exit or retirement.
Lisa Jefferies ACA
Associate
Lisa joined Fiander Tovell in 1992 and became a qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in 1997.
She has years of experience in advising family-run businesses, working closely with them to establish strong relationships. Lisa’s approach ensures that she is ideally placed to assess the needs of the business and the individuals involved and provide integrated advice and support.
Mary Wallbank FCA DChA FCIE
Associate and Director of Charities
After qualifying as a chartered accountant with a major London firm, Mary joined Fiander Tovell in 1992. She specialises in charity, pension scheme and other not-for-profit sector work.
She is a founder member of the charities group of the UK200Group of independent accountants and a full member of the Association of Charity Independent Examiners. She also holds the prestigious Diploma in Charity Accounting qualification and regularly speaks on charity issues at financial seminars.
Mary’s clients benefit from her extensive experience of the charity sector, and the importance she places on staying abreast of developments within this, as well as the understanding of their individual circumstances she develops through close working relationships with them.
Lee Tovell FCA, ATII
Consultant
Lee started the practice with Ray Fiander in 1977. He has advised a wide variety of clients in many different business sectors through from their early years of starting in business through growth, to retirement, sale or exit.
Jen Richardson FCCA DChA
Associate
Jen joined the firm in 2008 having spent ten years working for Deloitte in Southampton where she qualified in 2000. She specialises in auditing and advising small to medium sized businesses and charities.
Jen holds the diploma in Charity Accounting qualification and is a member of the ACCA Charity Review Panel.
