Your Role: Corporate Support Co-ordinator
Role Purpose
Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Corporate Support Co-ordinator will include:
Planning Board & Resource Co-ordination
You will take responsibility for maintaining and communicating the corporate planning board process. This includes keeping planning information up to date, identifying clashes or gaps, coordinating agreed changes, supporting short and longer term resource planning, and helping Managers maintain visibility of workload and capacity. You will also coordinate study arrangements, holidays and other known commitments affecting team availability.
Bank Audit Letter Process
You will coordinate the bank audit letter process from start to finish, including initiating requests, maintaining accurate records, monitoring progress, following up outstanding actions and keeping
Managers informed. You will help ensure requests are completed within agreed timescales and identify opportunities to improve the process.
Letters of Engagement
You will coordinate and draft letters of engagement for new and existing clients. This includes preparing documentation, coordinating review and approval, tracking completion, following up outstanding actions and maintaining accurate records. As the process develops, there may be opportunities for the role to take on further responsibility in this area.
AML, Client Onboarding & Setup
You will support the onboarding and setup of new clients, including gathering information, completing agreed AML and administrative checks, updating systems and records, and coordinating actions between Managers and the wider support team. Some activities currently completed by Managers may move into this role as processes are clarified and suitable training is completed.
Reporting & Team Support
You will support the corporate team with agreed reporting and coordination activities, including fee forecasts, departmental KPIs, feedback information, training arrangements and other operational updates. You will follow up missing information and help ensure agreed activities are completed accurately and on time.
Projects, Change & Process Improvement
You will support projects and change activity affecting the corporate team and wider support function. You will help with project actions, information gathering, testing, process notes, task instructions and the implementation of approved changes. You may also help identify recurring issues or unclear handovers and support more consistent ways of working. The role supports project delivery but is not responsible for leading projects.
Cross-Team Support & Service Continuity
You will build knowledge of wider support team activities and provide cover or assistance during absence, busy periods or changing business priorities. You will share knowledge, follow agreed processes and work collaboratively so the support team can provide a more flexible and joined-up service across the business.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
We are looking for someone who is organised, reliable and keen to learn. Previous experience of corporate processes, AML, onboarding or resource planning is not essential, as training and support will be provided. You should have clear communication skills, good attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks and deadlines in a structured way.
Most importantly, you will bring a positive and flexible approach, ask questions when needed, take responsibility for following tasks through and be willing to develop your knowledge across the corporate team and wider support function.
Training & Development Opportunities
You will receive training and ongoing support. As your knowledge and confidence develop, you will have opportunities to take ownership of additional activities, contribute to process improvements and gain a broader understanding of how the firm operates. Cross training will also help you build experience across the wider support team and develop transferable professional and business skills.
