Admin Supervisor

The Admin Supervisor will be the go-to point for teams on central admin needs. Your mission

The Admin Supervisor leads the administrative team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient task management. This role involves overseeing staff, coordinating activities and handling administrative duties. The Admin Supervisor will also implement office policies and procedures to boost productivity. While supervising the work of the Administrator, this role requires collaboration with other departments handling administrative functions. 

You will have the following responsibilities:  

  • Assigning tasks and monitor performance to ensure productivity and adherence to company policies 
  • Facilitating communication between departments and external partners 
  • Preparing and present reports on administrative activities and performance 
  • Implementing and monitoring compliance with company policies and procedures 
  • Being responsible for ensuring the office/reception area environment is well-maintained 
  • Completing various administration tasks as dictated by the needs of the business 
  • Covering reception as and when required 
What you'll bring to the team

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:  

  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative supervisory role 
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite of products 
  • Strong organisational skills 
  • Ability to work under pressure and deal with conflicting priorities 
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels 
  • Innovative approach to problem solving
