Fiander Tovell advised the shareholder of Hampshire-based Borderland Fencing on the sale of their company to the management team.

Established in 1993 by Mike Jarvis, Borderland Fencing is one of the South’s leading fencing suppliers specialising in both the commercial and residential areas.

Working with the majority of the leading house builders and developers, Borderland supply and fit all types of fencing from close board right through to security fences. On the residential side, Borderland offer two extensive well well-stocked fencing centres with show areas, offering a broad range of fencing, including materials and landscaping supplies.

Having founded and grown the business for nearly 30 years, Mike will remain in the business during the transition to the management team, who will continue to take the business forward.

The team was led by a team of professional advisers: Philip Mettam, Director and Prabin Sunar, Manager at Meridian Corporate Finance, Lucy Gleisner, Partner at Trethowans and Adam Buse, Client Director at Fiander Tovell.
